This is our single-hop Strata IPA. Cultivated at Oregon State University, Strata is one of the most exciting hop varieties we’ve worked with since starting the brewery. We chose to showcase it exclusively here, an example of honing a strong point of view in beer form.
Winner, Silver Medal, Hazy IPA Category, New York State Craft Beer Competition (2020).
